Shared laundry on the second floor and garbage in the shed under the metal staircase. Access to the unit is up the metal staircase on the right side of the building, 1st door on the left once inside. If the outside door is locked punch in the code provided and pull the door towards you at the same time....it sticks. The access code for the apartment will be provided 24-48 hours before check in. Garbage and recycling is to be brought down upon check out and disposed of in the shed under the stairs. Bell TV and internet are included along with Crave TV. Guest access Shared laundry in the main hallway on the second floor. Garbage and recycling in the shed under the metal staircase. Parking to the far right of the lot facing the neighbors driveway. A playpen and high chair are available upon request. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking cigarettes or pot or vaping at any time in the building.
