Complete apartment, near Santa Casa de Misericórdia in Porto Alegre. Excellent for students and workers who need to travel around the Porto Alegre region. Other things to note NOTICES: 1) SMOKING IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE APARTMENT. 2) Due to some abuses by previous guests, the electricity bill will be charged to the monthly registration, up to 220KW or up to 200 reais. This is enough for 2 daily showers, cooking 3 meals, washing and drying clothes twice a week, and sleeping with the air-conditioning on at night. Please note that the current electricity meter reading will be taken at check-in and at check-out. I apologize for this observation, but we have had serious problems with the abuse of electricity use.
