The space This beautiful penthouse apartment (ACCESSED BY STAIRS ONLY) has been recently finished in the heart of downtown Winona MN! In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have provided many amenities. DISCLOSURE: This unit is on the third level - it faces 2nd Street which is just below. Winona has a vibrant nightlife for its size with many restaurants/bars in the area. There is a possibility for urban noise throughout the day/night. We provide black out blinds and thick black out curtains to block light/sound. We also provide a sleep sound machine in each bedroom that produce brown noise to help reduce any unwanted noise. Ultimately, this suite is located in a urban setting and exterior noise is not uncommon. You will have access to a full kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker, stainless steel appliances (full stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator) and much more. The living room has a full size couch, 65in HD TV with Hulu Live TV (45 cable channels), Roku Smart TV ( can be used for Netflix, HULU, Amazon Prime, etc) and fast free Wifi. The bathroom is designed with a 30 in vanity, walk in tile shower with glass exclosure The bedrooms each have 1 queen bed, closets with storage, sleep sound machines, and room darkening blinds and drapes. Finally, feel free to use the stacked laundry just off the entry way. Laundry detergent will be provided Guest access You will have full access to the entire apartment. approx 1000 sq ft. PARKING: There is a public parking lot just outside of the rear entrance to the building. NOTE: This parking lot allows over night parking on EVEN NIGHTS ONLY from Nov 15th - March 15th. There are many signs posted in the parking lot with information on where/how to park. On ODD nights, guests can park on the street or in other public parking lots with one block from the apartment. During the warmer months, March 15th- Nov 15th- the public lot is available every day of the week. Detailed parking instructions will be provided in the self check in guide for all guests. Other things to note NOTE: The windows in this unit are sealed/locked/nonfunctioning- except for the lower/tall window in the living room. This window does open in case of emergency and in case of need for a second egress. This building does have a sprinkler system for fire safety. Other than in case of emergency, PLEASE keep this window locked/closed at ALL times.
