Small house with pool access

This small house of 65 m2 is located on a plot of 1200 m2, fully enclosed, on which our farmhouse also stands. Depending on the dates, we may be present with our two children and our dog. We are located about 1 hour from Paris (access to the A13 is 7-8 minutes by car or train), 1 hour 10 minutes from the Normandy coast and 20 minutes from Giverny, Vernon, Les Andelys and Château Gaillard. Rouen is also 40 minutes away. Château de Gaillon is 5 minutes from the rental. The space The house consists of a kitchenette (fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle), a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. You will also have a small living room with a dining table, sofa and armchair. You will find two separate bedrooms with double beds as well as an additional double bed on the mezzanine overlooking the living room. The mezzanine is accessible by a ladder (see photo). The garden and pool are at your disposal with its facilities (barbecue, games for children and adults, outdoor table and deckchairs). Guest access You will have access to the garden and pool (between May 1 and October 1). This is a play pool with a maximum depth of 1.40 m and a 2 m beach for children or to relax. The pool is salt water and heated. Access is possible from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. You will also have a ping pong table, a dart board, a Breton shuffleboard and molkky. We provide board games and some children's games/books. Special attention: Parties are prohibited around the pool and in the accommodation. The sound volume (music, loud voices, etc.) must be reasonable with respect to our neighborhood, especially after 10 p.m. Please do not play loud music around the pool. Other things to note We provide sheets for the beds, dish towels for the kitchen as well as shower mats for the bathrooms. We don't provide towels. The beds will be prepared for your arrival. A barbecue is available but we do not provide charcoal. Gaillon-Aubevoye SNCF train station is 7 minutes from the house and serves Paris Saint Lazare and/or Rouen train station. Access to the A13 motorway (towards Paris or Rouen) is about 7 minutes away. Guests can park their car in the house. You can hire bikes from a self-service electric bike service that is about a 10-minute walk away. It is open from 4am to 10pm every day. Rental price: €1/hour
