The apartment has a smart lock keypad for self check-in with a code that is unique to your stay and expires after you check out for added security and peace of mind. At check-in, you'll enter the building using a call box before retrieving your key fob from inside you room. All access codes are sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time. Other things to note Need extra bedding? We don't charge extra guest fees, but we do offer a pull-out sleeper sofa. Let us know if you plan to use it, and we’ll leave extra linens, a blanket, and pillows in your room before you check in. We charge $15 per reservation to cover the additional laundry costs for sheets, blankets, and towels. Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
