Dirk's Relax

A typical Dutch "in-between" house where you will stay in one of the 4 designated bedrooms. Your bedroom is on the 2nd floor and this way is a little bit isolated, making it great to have privacy. The laundry room is also located there, for drying clothes. The house has 3 floors and is located in the northeast of Eindhoven. For stays >28 days, you 1. must agree to sign a contract that states the temporary housing situation (= hospita) and 2. which is required to sign up in the municipality. The space Just 100 meters away from nature (Dommelvallei), close to the main streets and highway (1 km). It's about 8 km from downtown which would take you about 20-25 minutes by bicycle or bus and 10-15 minutes by car. Guest access The ground floor/downstairs: front yard, backyard, living room, kitchen, and toilet. First floor: the bathroom (shower/bath, toilet, laundry machine). Second floor (attic): the bedroom area (including a sink) with a window facing south. During your stay You can text me or call when it's urgent. Or via email. Use Google. Other things to note - Every other week my daughter stays over on the weekend. - Cleanliness is appreciated: keep your room clean and change bed sheets and towels.
