The city center of Stuttgart, the airport and the trade fair in Echterdingen can be reached by tram within 20 minutes without changing trains. The SI Centrum with Musical Hall, Cinemaxx cinema and casino is only 2 minutes by train! Free parking is allowed in our residential area. The space The accommodation offered for booking has a bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed and a living room with balcony. There is also a pull-out couch that can sleep up to two people. A small hallway serves as an entrance area to which the small well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower are also connected. Guest access Our guests can check in flexibly via a key box – as it suits them best. The apartment is completely at our guests' disposal: a private, fully equipped accommodation with balcony – completely private and only for guests. Other things to note All guests must be registered due to local regulations - but this is done very easily and purely digitally. A photo of the ID via the Airbnb news portal is sufficient.
