Private room, in this nicely renovated house. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free parking, laundry machines, Wi-Fi,... Two floors, two washrooms, kitchen, living room shared with 2 other private rooms. The house has 3 private rooms. One room has one person (owner), the other room could accommodate up to 2 persons. However there is usually one person per room. Common spaces are shared. Close to transit, restaurants, shopping, park, swimming pool, etc. Other things to note - 10 min walk to Grocery store, Bakery, ... - 15 min bus to Subway station (Runnymede) - 40 min bus/Subway to downtown Toronto (Yonge & Bloor) The house has 3 private rooms.
