The space The space has views into the distant tabletop mountains or down through the gigantic Moreton Bay fig tree to the a lake alive with fish and bird life. Garden areas are well maintained to sit and enjoy including a citrus and veg garden to pick from. This property offers a wonderful way for families and friends to share quality time and special experiences in one of the most magical parts of the Shoalhaven. Interior layout of 2 main bedrooms with queens inside the main house, out the door across the deck is bedroom with and 2 king singles, and the last bedroom with queen is an outhouse made from an old silo, which is a short walk through the garden. Guest access Guests have access to an abundance of surrounding land beyond the immediate gardens surrounding the gigantic fig centerpiece, down past your veg gardens and into the paddocks you can visit tame cows on the plains by the beautiful sprawling lake. Tenants exist to the right side of the property but there is ample space available for all that privacy isn’t an issue. Other things to note Parking is available in and around the property. Being a rural property care should be taken for obvious things like closing gates so cattle don’t escape. Allowance for fire will depend on factors of wind forecast and humidity.
