The home rests at the base of the beautiful South Mountain which is centrally located near the airport and DT Phoenix. The park boasts more than 50 miles of trails for hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking. - private home & backyard pool - neighborhood community pool, hot tub, & gym - 15 mins to downtown Phoenix - 15 mins to sky harbor The space The home is a modern and open concept floor-plan with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room. There are two private patio areas which have a pool, a corn-hole set, a Weber gas grill, and plenty of space for you and your loved ones to enjoy. The home and unheated backyard pool are completely private. The only shared spaces are the community center amenities which are shared with the neighborhood. Guest access Guests have private access to everything on the property. Guests also have access to the community amenities which features a large heated pool, a hot tub, and a gym. The private backyard pool is not heated. One of the best parts of the home is that it's centrally located in Phoenix. - 7 Miles from Sky Harbor Airport (15 min drive) - Walking distance to many trails and scenic views - 8 mile straight shot to Downtown Phoenix (15 min drive) - 10 miles from Tempe (ASU Campus) - 30 min drive to Scottsdale Other things to note Please note: Every Friday (possibly as early as 8am and will make his/her presence known by knocking or ringing the doorbell) a professional pool service person comes and does a routine pool cleaning. *Community Amenities* Our HOA is responsible for the upkeep of the community amenities; and occasionally, the amenities are down for maintenance. As hosts, we'll do everything we can to push for quick repairs and notify our current and future guests of any maintenance issues. If you’d like any of the pool features on such as the water feature or the pool lights, please message your hosts. We’d be happy to turn them on. Please kindly remove your trash and recycle items and place them in designated bins located in garage. We appreciate your help in rolling the bins out every Thursday evening for trash pick up Friday mornings and returning them to the garage thereafter. Thank you very much for your help with this!
