The Barndominium @ Riverwatch is a rustic open ranch floor plan with lovely secluded views. Located on All Sports Lake Allegan and centrally located to major destinations such as South Haven, Saugatuck, Holland and Grand Rapids. A perfect base camp to explore SWM or just relax and enjoy nature. The space The perfect location for quiet getaways. Sit out by a blazing fire pit or overlook the peaceful water or with a few friends on the deck. The Barndominium @ Riverwatch has been recently updated to help you create lifetime memories. Situated on over 6 acres of rural land this comfortably secluded location can host many outdoor activities such as bags, badminton and volleyball. Inside find great gathering spaces and peaceful views from all vantage points. A fully equipped galley kitchen is perfect to prepare intimate meals or just brew your morning coffee overlooking the water. A Weber gas grill is located on the deck for culinary adventures. The full bathroom is equipped with a shower and washer and dryer for convienence. The generous King bed in the master is ready for a peaceful night of restorative sleep. The large attached deck is the perfect location for star gazing in the expansive Michigan skies. The amazing three season room provides fabulous views of the lake and surrounding wooded area. Guest access Guests will have access to all of the Barndominium portion of the Building. Guests should acknowledge the Barn is an actively used building and noise from equipment being started or parked can be expected during normal workday hours. Other things to note Guests will have access to the dock and water. There is no swimming at this location as the water depth and makeup are not suitable for this activity. It is suitable for kayak / canoe activities. Also, there is enough depth to park small and medium size fishing boats. We have working cats outside the Barn. They generally are only active at night. However if you do get to observe them, enjoy as they keep the chipmunk and voles away from the building. Please don’t attempt to feed or interact with them. They are already well paid! :)
