Spacious and bright room in the Boedo. Typical for tango and its gastronomic offer. It also has numerous independent bars and theaters. The room has a private bathroom with shower It's 25 m2. It's on the second floor by stairs It has its own minibar refrigerator, ceiling fan and air conditioning, hot and cold, electric kettle. Porcelain floors. Bed linen and towels. Multiple businesses. Safe and quiet. Three friendly dogs live in the house. The space It's an industrial-style house. The ground floor is a loft where you will find the kitchen consisting of an Oster electric oven and a Samsung microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Dishwasher and washing machine for a fee. There are pots, pans, cutlery and dishes. It's all electric Through a beautiful spiral staircase you pass to a passage room that has a library, because if you are interested in books here there are many, and from there to a patio where another staircase will take you to your accommodation, which is quite isolated from the rest of the house which gives you tranquility and independence. Adjacent to the room there is an attic where the electric water heater is located that you must turn on to heat the shower water, according to precise instructions that we leave in the room. Guest access You are allowed to use the kitchen from 8 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm The stove is induction, so not all pots work. Follow the instructions we'll leave you. There you will find a beautiful kitchen with lots of natural wood. In the courtyard on the first floor there is a barbecue so you can make a delicious charcoal barbecue. Otherwise, the rest of the house except the first floor patio and the terrace adjacent to the room, are places of passage. If you want a book or browse the library, just ask us and we will guide you, During your stay I am available as much as I can in person and otherwise by message with schedule limitations. 8 am to 10 pm. Other things to note Those of us who live in this house work long hours and the house may not be as tidy as a magazine or as clean in the passage areas.
