Behind is farmland with lots of fruit trees, but it's within 30 minutes to David, second largest city in Panama for convenience and where all the clinics, hospital, big stores and shopping centres are. There's a resort and restaurants next door as well as nearby mini groceries and fruit stands since this area is a farmland so local farmers and houses have mini groceries in their homes. The area is quiet but it's close to everything, about an hour to the Costa Rica border, And David is less than an hour to Volcan and Boquete, mountainside of Panama. "If there's paradise, I'm sure it has a beach attached to it." - "Nothing is as soothing as the smell and sound of the ocean water". It's good for our soul in addition to the nature, countryside, farmland. This area has it all! If you are looking for a crowded resort style condo, then this is NOT for you. My condo is a residential type condo with a mix of locals and expats. You'll experience local type living while meeting some of the expats in the area.
