Dining and tasting just minutes away. The space Our cozy bungalow sits behind a gated 6 acre property located in one of Templeton's finest neighborhoods. The surrounding views feels like your miles out, but are less than a mile from historic downtown Templeton, minutes to downtown Paso and in the heart of all the 46 West wineries and a straight shot to the coast. You cannot get a better location. Downtown Templeton has a number of wonderful eateries, Tin City has some of the finest wineries just minutes away. This bungalow is extremely private and safe with its own private driveway, parking and keyless entry. The bungalow is not attached to the main residence and is a very good distance away with fencing and mature landscaping for extra privacy. It is filled with everything one might need for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. This includes all amenities to cook, an amazing walk in shower, spacious and cozy loft with a queen size bed and high quality linens, large private patio for morning coffee, evening wine and listening to the wineries bands play. The beautiful view of the forest and creek brings a number of wild life and you might catch a glimpse of the fox, turkey, quail, deer, bob cat, coyotes, and many small creatures. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there is a beautiful walking and running loop right at the end of the driveway. The loop stretches over a mile and winds through beautiful estates and vineyards, making it a popular spot for locals. Additionally, Templeton Tennis Ranch is nearby, offering tennis, pickleball, and gym facilities for a low daily guest fee. **We do hold an all animal exemption with AIRBNB. Please do not inquire if you can still bring animals. Guest access Our guest have access to a private driveway, and private parking. If you are arriving with more than one car please let us know ahead of time. You are free to enjoy the immediate landscaped yard and patio around the bungalow We want to leave our guests alone to enjoy your stay in privacy, but we are also available for whatever it is you might need. Other things to note I’m sure you have already glanced through our photos, but if not, please go back and do so. The stairs leading to upstairs are very easy to walk up, the opening at the top step is low. You will have to duck to walk through the opening but can stand in the loft. This hasn't been a problem for myself or my 6ft tall husband, I just want it to be known prior to booking to avoid any issues one might have during their stay. For safety concerns, we do not allow children. We do have a washer and dryer in the unit and this is for stays over 4 days. We do have a ALL animal exemption from AIRBNB. Although, we have a huge love for animals they cannot be on or inside the property. Thank you for understanding.
