Also, near multiple shopping plaza’s and restaurants. Downtown York is a short drive away. Easy access to rt 30. The space This is a private area in my home. You will have your own private entrance which is the front door. The space includes a private bedroom which sits in the front when you enter. In the next room you will find the living room with a small refrigerator and microwave. There’s a full bathroom; all to yourself. This space is located on the front first floor area of my home. It’s separated by 3 locked doors to the rest of the house. It is located on the west end of York city with free public street parking. It’s like apartment living. You may hear me upstairs or coming and going. I use the back door entrance while I have guest. Guest access Front door access is yours, and use of the trash cans on the side of the house.
