Guest access You have access to the whole house for the length of your stay. you don't have any access to garage. Or linen cupboards during your stay are locked for private use. Other things to note The house is in a private area of homes so please be respectful to my neighbors PETS limited to 2 small dogs as per council requirements any others Pets on request as I only have a small yard NO smoking inside NO parties BBQ also available please clean after use and turn gas bottle off. If gas is getting low please leave me a note so I can refill gas bottle for next guests. Please leave the house as you find it and kitchen tidy also please put rubbish out in large red bin out side when leaving. Please don’t leave Air conditioner running when you leave the house. For your safety and my peace of mind, a Ring doorbell, and front yard surveillance camera are located on this property. These devices have both video and audio capabilities. I do not monitor the cameras while I have guests, but all motion-activated recordings are maintained in cloud storage for 60 days for reference should there be any issues.
