High Barsham | Luxury barn near the Norfolk coast

Once a traditional threshing barn, High Barsham is now a luxury property sleeping 12 guests. With gorgeous views down the Stiffkey River Valley, this luxury barn, sleeping up to 12, is enveloped by its own walled garden, with a soothing palette, squishy sofas and a wood burner to enjoy after a day exploring the North Norfolk coastline. We have 6 barns in total at Barsham Barns, each sleeping from 4 to 14. Many of our guests choose to book multiple barns together via our site. The space Our barns are ideally located just a short drive from Norfolk's best sandy beaches, not to mention the idyllic towns of Holt, Burnham Market and Walsingham. High Barsham has an open-plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, with double-height windows that provide spectacular views onto the garden. In summer you can open the doors to the courtyard, letting in the sun and enjoying the views. The fully-enclosed garden faces southwest with a table and seating for twelve. For special celebrations we can recommend an exceptional private chef. Up the stairs you'll find a bright and spacious living area with a double-height ceiling and gorgeous exposed beams. From this floor you'll also find a secret winding staircase leading to a chill out area that makes an ideal hangout for the kids. In winter the underfloor heating keeps the barn really cosy and warm. There's also a large log-stove for winding down into the evening with a glass of wine - especially lovely on a wintery Sunday! Guest access You'll have the whole barn to yourself with a private garden, large lawn and outside table for al fresco meals. The spa pool, steam room and games room are in a separate building, shared with the other barns on site. We have a system for booking private use of the spa each day. Other things to note If you’re planning a special celebration we can recommend private caterers who can provide delicious dining options. Wireless internet is available in the barn. Mobile signal can be patchy depending on your network. Walking around the site helps you find a hot spot.
