The entire back yard is designed as an outdoor hang out with swings plus additional covered seating, pellet smoker, garden and fruit trees, and even a fire pit, perfect for evening conversations or just relaxing after a long day. The space This home is cozy and still able to accommodate a large group. Two king beds upstairs that share a bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom with four twin beds, an adjoining room with one twin, and a bathroom in the hall. Laundry room may be available by request. Our favorite place to hang out is the courtyard. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did! Guest access Parking on the south side of the house on the street, two parking spots in front of garage or a carport behind the house. When booking for four (4) guests or less you will have access to the upstairs only which is two bedrooms - each with a king bed and one bathroom in between the two rooms plus the kitchen and living room and outdoor spaces. The lower room remains closed until a group of five (5) or more guests has been booked.
