Little Big House

This property is perfect for spending time with family or friends. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch swing or head out back to the courtyard which has room for gatherings that feel private and secluded despite being in town. The entire back yard is designed as an outdoor hang out with swings plus additional covered seating, pellet smoker, garden and fruit trees, and even a fire pit, perfect for evening conversations or just relaxing after a long day. The space This home is cozy and still able to accommodate a large group. Two king beds upstairs that share a bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom with four twin beds, an adjoining room with one twin, and a bathroom in the hall. Laundry room may be available by request. Our favorite place to hang out is the courtyard. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did! Guest access Parking on the south side of the house on the street, two parking spots in front of garage or a carport behind the house. When booking for four (4) guests or less you will have access to the upstairs only which is two bedrooms - each with a king bed and one bathroom in between the two rooms plus the kitchen and living room and outdoor spaces. The lower room remains closed until a group of five (5) or more guests has been booked. Other things to note House Rules for Little Big House 1. No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 10 PM. 2. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. 3. Parking: Park only in designated parking areas off-street. Do not block driveways or park on the grass. 4. No Smoking: Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. 5. Fire Safety: Fire extinguishers are provided and mounted on the wall for your safety. Familiarize yourself with their locations upon arrival. 6. Respect for Property and Neighbors: Treat the property with care and respect. Report any damages or issues immediately to Jisoo your host. 7. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 18 during daytime hours. Additional guests beyond the reservation must be approved in advance. 8. Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00am Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it to avoid extra cleaning fees. 9. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in advance. Additional fees and conditions may apply. 10. Security: Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property. Do not share the access code or keys with unauthorized persons. 11.
