Ninni’s treetop loft

Hi! This our my humble cosy home. We welcome all genders and cultures to our loft. Peppa is a big white fluffy maremma & she barks at newcomers until she can sniff you but she’s very friendly. Enjoy your own private space, up high with the birds. Eat a free breakfast of smoothie & muesli, coffee & tea. You’re own seperate space, behind my house that has its own entrance, a lush ensuite & Lockable doors and block-out blinds. The space We call the king-size bed in the loft room the ‘cloud bed’. It’s seriously cloud-like! You’ll sleep so well here, up in the treetop in your own peaceful space. Enjoy the complimentary, good quality tea and coffee, plus complimentary DIY fruit & yogurt breakfast smoothie. There’s a fridge but no kitchen sorry, it’s more like a hotel stay. Oh and please go ahead and complete the ‘David from Schitt’s Creek’ puzzle. If you have kids, let me know. I can provide a comfy floor mattress. Babies can also be provided for, I have a portacot and baby blankets … Advance notice required please. Guest access You can use the outdoor table and BBQ on the back verandah. Other things to note Warrnambool is at least 3.5 hrs from Melbourne CBD but if you travel the Great Ocean Road, it takes 6 hours with no stops or 8 - 12 hours with stops. If you’re afraid of dogs, this isn’t the right place sorry! Peppa is super friendly and fluffy and beautiful but she is large and so her bark is loud when she has reason to bark. She loves kids and would never hurt anyone.
