We are located in Las Pocitas, a quiet area, but only a 5-minute mototaxi ride from the center of Máncora. Second beach line, with public beach access at 50 meters. The official and only spot in Mancora to view and swim with sea turtles (Nado con tortugas) is just 300 meters away. The space The apartment has a private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, a living room and a large terrace—all exclusively yours. All photos are of this apartment. The property is distributed in two levels. There is the main house at the lower level with one apartment and there is the pool area with three more apartments at the upper level. This apartment is located at the upper level. Guest access A spacious terrace with a pool shared with the my apartments. Other things to note The apartment is situated on the second level of my property, along with the shared pool and shared public area, about 20 meters above street- and 30 meters above sea level. Access from the main entrance is by a stairway. The terrace and fences are not safe for small children.
