Walk just 1 block to our local Coffee Shop, the Frothy Monkey. A 10 minute drive gets you to the heart of Downtown & a 12 minute drive to the airport and Vanderbilt University. NOTE: This is a Pet Free, non-smoking, non-vaping house. : ) The space This is a 2 Bedroom, 1 bath house with a large eat in kitchen, a large back deck and a large front porch. Guest access Uber & Lyft are very popular and the neighborhood is also very walkable! The neighborhood is safe and quiet with friendly neighbors pushing baby strollers and walking dogs. A great place for a family get away and a chance to experience a classic historic Nashville neighborhood! Other things to note Please note that this is a NON smoking, NON vaping house and pets are not allowed. : )
