*** QUICK RESPONSE ASSURED *** In the heart of the Cantal mountains, we offer for vacation rental this typical 90 m2 house, on the southern slope of the village of Saint-Projet-de-Salers, whose municipality extends to the panoramas of Col de Légal. The space The main room of nearly 50 m2 is open to the kitchen and living room with a magnificent fireplace, typical of Cantalian houses where a wood-burning stove is located for your winter evenings. There is a toilet on each level. Upstairs, a landing with TV area leads to the shower room and 3 bedrooms: - two each with a 140 x 190 double bed. The bedding is new and the mattresses are of quality for restful nights - one with a bunk bed + an additional trundle bed. A cozy space will be appreciated by the little ones. The house is pleasant and well insulated. The main room opens onto a balcony and an elevated terrace that leads to the garden (on a medium slope and not enclosed), all facing south. The house is connected to fiber optic, and many amenities await you (washing machine, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, Nespresso, microwave, barbecue...) Baby equipment is available upon request (high chair, baby cot with thick mattress, extra bathtub, etc.). You will always find food and basic consumables on arrival (tea, coffee, toilet paper, charcoal, etc.), you can simply replace what you have used. The nearest supermarket (Carrefour Market) is located in Jussac 20 minutes away, there is a convenience store for troubleshooting in Saint Martin Valmeroux 15 minutes away and you will find all the major brands 30 minutes away in Aurillac. Your pets (dogs & cats) are accepted after discussion with us. Towels, bed linens and house linens are provided. Between hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing in winter (Col de Légal resort 15 minutes away), you will enjoy a sporty or relaxing stay in the greatest tranquility. The Chavaroche, Violent, Griou and Mary peaks offer spectacular views and the Lioran Alpine Ski Resort is 1 hour away (remember to equip your vehicle for snowy roads). The villages of Salers, (first of the Most Beautiful Villages of France), Tournemire and Mandailles (Jordanne Valley) are a few kilometers away. L'Auberge du Pont, at the entrance to the village, offers traditional dishes with generous portions as well as a takeaway pizza service at the end of the week.
