*** QUICK RESPONSE ASSURED *** In the heart of the Cantal mountains, we offer for vacation rental this typical 90 m2 house, on the southern slope of the village of Saint-Projet-de-Salers, whose municipality extends to the panoramas of Col de Légal. The space The main room of nearly 50 m2 is open to the kitchen and living room with a beautiful Cantou, typical of Cantalese houses where a wood-burning stove sits for your winter evenings. There is a toilet on each level. Upstairs a landing with TV area distributes the shower room and 3 bedrooms: - two with each a double bed 140x190. Bedding is new and quality mattresses for restful nights - one with a bunk bed + an extra drawer bed. A cozy space will be appreciated by little ones. - a fan in each room The house is nice and well insulated. The main room opens to a balcony is an elevated terrace that serves the garden (medium slope and not enclosed), all facing south. The house is connected to fiber optic, and many amenities await you (washing machine, dishwasher, iron & ironing table, Nespresso, microwave, barbecue..) Baby equipment is available on request (high chair, crib with thick mattress, extra bathtub...). You will always find food and basic consumables upon arrival (tea, coffee, toilet paper, charcoal...), you can simply replace what you have used. The nearest supermarket (Carrefour Market) is in Jussac 20 minutes away, there is a convenience store for troubleshooting in Saint Martin Valmeroux 15 minutes away and you will find all the big brands 30 minutes away in Aurillac. Your pets (dogs & cats) are allowed after interacting with us. Towels, bed and house linens are provided. Between hikes, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in winter (the Col de Légal resort 15 minutes away), you will enjoy a sporty or relaxing stay in the greatest of the tranquility. The Chavaroche, Violent, Griou and Mary puys give you their spectacular views and the Lioran alpine ski resort is 1 hour away (remember to equip your vehicle for snowy roads). The villages of Salers, (first of the Most Beautiful Villages in France), Tournemire and Mandailles (Jordanne Valley) are a few kilometers away. Auberge du Pont, at the entrance to the village, offers traditional dishes with generous portions as well as a pizza service to take away on weekends.
