Central tiny house in the fairytale garden

This unusual, ecologically built tiny house is located in a fairy tale garden with a private sitting area. It consists of 2 mini rooms, each with only a few square meters. Bathroom/toilet, kitchen, dishwasher can be shared in the main house. There is a covered terrace where you can even receive guests. You live centrally in the city and at the same time quietly in a natural garden with wicker buildings and dwarf chickens that provide you with their own eggs. The space You live on about 9 square meters of floor space, every inch is used, as in a tiny house ;) The bed is 2 m long and 1.3 wide, it is possible to sleep there for two if you like each other very much. There is a fold-out table as a desk and a mini armchair. You can find a fridge there. The house was built for a small hobbit and is very comfortable. A hobbit can even use the hammock under the gable as a resting island, but he must be able to climb athletically to get in. It can be secured for children against falling out. The chickens and the dog are fond of children. There is a sandbox, trampoline and play material on request. Guest access You have your own entrance to the tiny house. You will hear little squirrels cracking the nuts above you in the big hazel bush. Great spotted woodpeckers and blackbirds nest on the roof, mice hope for a few crumbs. In the morning the birds wake you up at the window, the house is embedded in nature. Other things to note You live centrally, quietly in a side street and very well connected, as an important train station is only 100 m away. You fall into the subway, so to speak, but you don't hear it. The airport or central station is only 25 minutes away by public transport. Marienplatz and Oktoberfest are 40 minutes away. There are several good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We recommend the Italian Tic Trattoria il Contadino or the nearby bar for a cocktail. There are several beautiful lakes in the immediate vicinity and these are easily accessible.
