You will find everything you need for your Charleston stay very close. The space Main floor has kitchen, dinning room and living room area. Second floor has all of the rooms *baby cribs and items are only available upon request please let us know ahead of time* Guest access Guest will have access to the first and second floor. Parking-Townhome has 2 dedicated parking spaces. There are additional parallel parking spaces in front of the building but are first come first serve for the entire community. Other things to note House rules: NO PARTIES. This a family friendly and quiet neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors in the community. No exceptions. HVAC AND THERMOSTAT:We ask that you please keep the thermostat set between 70 and 78 degrees. Please do not set the A/C below 70 degrees! If the thermostat is set too low, the condenser may freeze. Also, all 3 bedrooms and living room our equipped with fans. NO PETS ALLOWED- We are trying to protect the health of all our guest. Fees will apply if we see any signs of pets. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE- Please use any outside access if you are cigarette smoker. DAMAGES- We understand that accidents happen, if anything happens please notify right away, you may be charge according to damage so try to take care of this lovely home as your own. CHECKOUT- Please take out any trash bags to the nearest dumpster before you leave.Load dishwasher before leaving and clean counter from any trash. Please leave AC between 74-76. Heat between 70-72. Please close all windows / doors and lock front door. Thank you!
