This unique place has a style all its own. Flat screen TV with Xfinity streaming device so you can connect your accounts and enjoy your favorite shows and movies for a quiet stay in. Our property is a home with our guest studio located in the basement, it has it’s own private entrance. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 min away from hospitals, shopping areas, and restaurants and entertainment. A quick walk get you to the Metra suburban train station or a bus in the corner connect you to the CTA city train lines, 15 min away from our place. You will be accessing the guest studio by the back door of the house, leading you to the stairs to the basement, there is a foyer and the entrance to your private studio where you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. On warmer months, you will have access to the backyard with a comfy sofa area and a gas grill upon request. We try to give our guest as much privacy as possible with pin code access at the entry door and answer any questions or request through messages. But in case you need us for something, we are able to get to the property in a few minutes. Quiet neighborhood located within minutes from hospitals, restaurants, shopping centers and entertainment. A quick 25 min drive will get you to downtown Chicago, 15 min drive to Ohare int airport, 5 min walk to the Metra suburban train station or a 15 min bus ride to the nearest CTA train station that connects all the city. Oak Park universities, museums and live entertainment are within 10min drive crossing a forest preserve park and great mansions on Forest Park and River Forest. You will have a designated parking space if needed, street parking is allowed from 6am to 2am every day but the second Tuesday of the month.
