The space Small house with mezzanine that can accommodate up to 4 people (or 5 with a baby). The accommodation is adjoining our family home, the entrance to the property is through a shared gate. Access to the accommodation is independent, located at the back of the garden for more peace of mind for vacationers. The place is brand new. It is composed of a living room with sofa bed (140*200), kitchenette, shower room with toilet and towel dryer, a mezzanine with a bed for two people (two comfortable mattresses of 90*200, on the floor. Small ceiling height ideal for sleeping children) and we provide you with everything you need for the comfort of your young children (baby bed, highchair, toys and books). On arrival, you will find pods, coffee, tea, sugar, briochettes or madeleines. But also: oil, vinegar and condiments. We prepare your beds and provide towels, so you can fully enjoy your vacation :) Garden A nice shaded garden, you can enjoy the terrace or garden which is private and fenced. Parking Secure, inside our property, in our driveway, in front of the small house. The gate is motorized (remote control to enter). Self check-in/checkout - lockbox Breakfast - extra charge We'll be happy to offer you a breakfast tray. For more information or to book, please let us know :) Guest access Guests will have access to the whole place, a private garden with small terrace and a parking space. The parking space is secure: access is via a motorized gate. Digicode on arrival (the code will be provided to you before your arrival) then a remote control will be made available. Parking is available in front of the small house (in front of the gate), an outdoor surveillance camera points to the parking space.
