Welcome to Paddlers Point, your private waterfront getaway in beautiful northern Wisconsin. This two-bedroom, one-bath cabin is the perfect spot for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts seeking a relaxing escape. Enjoy the convenience of having a paddleboat, canoe, and kayaks onsite. Launch right from the dock for a day of fishing and exploring. As evening descends, gather around the fire pit under a star-filled sky. Minutes from the attractions of Eagle River and surrounding area. The space This year-round cabin is located on the Little Tamarack Flowage, which connects to Baker and Spring Lakes. There's 370 acres of lakes, waterways, channels, and backwaters to explore. Enjoy fishing for Bluegill, Bass, Crappies, Sunfish, Perch, Northern and Musky. Motor boats are allowed but there are areas of no-wake. Paddles and life jackets are provided for the paddle craft on-site. We also provide snowshoes for the winter season. The newly remodeled cabin has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, comfy pillows and linens. There's adequate closet space and shelving for the duration of your stay. There is one bathroom with a tub and shower combination. We provide plush towels and bathroom essentials. Enter a well-equipped kitchen, furnished with modern appliances, a generous selection of cookware, utensils and essential gadgets. Indulge in a cup of morning coffee using the Keurig and the pods we provide for you. Eat at the hand crafted table in the dining area, or step out onto one of the two decks to enjoy your dinner or morning coffee, while taking in the abundance of nature surrounding you. The living area is comfy and inviting in this open concept space. Enjoy the view of the lake, settle in with a good book, or watch your favorite TV show. High speed internet is provided through Starlink. We provide a number of games and puzzles for your entertainment as well. For those seeking relaxation, our cabin offers the perfect spot to unwind. Lounge on the double hammock and let your cares drift away. Listen to the chirping of the many birds, watch the eagles soar above or simply soak up the peaceful atmosphere. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or outdoor adventure, we think our cabin will provide you with a pleasant experience during any season. Guest access The cabin has a walk-out lower level that is an easy entrance from one of the driveways. We are excitedly adding living space to this lower level for future use. It will include a third bedroom with a full and twin bed, a second bathroom, and an additional sitting and eating area. It currently houses the laundry facilities for your use as well as outdoor equipment and supplies. A locked "owner's closet" is clearly labeled in that area. You will enter the main level of the cabin via a stairway from the lower level. You can also access the main level from the outside on either one of the decks. There is plenty of parking available on two driveways as well as a cleared backlot for your vehicle or trailer. The entire property is available to you during your stay. Other things to note In order to maintain safety and security of the property, we kindly request that only guests listed on the rental agreement stay on the premises. This ensures that everyone on the property is accounted for and helps us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. For your privacy and comfort during your stay, we want to inform you that we have outdoor cameras installed on the property. However, we want to assure you that the cameras will be turned off and deactivated upon your arrival. We kindly request that guests refrain from bringing pets to our rental cabin. We understand that pets are beloved members of the family, but, unfortunately, we have to enforce a no pet policy due to allergies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We have taken great care to create a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and we strive to maintain the highest standards for the comfort and enjoyment of all guests. We are committed to cleanliness, ensuring that you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind. In order to do this, we typically would prefer a minimum of a six night rental in order to adhere to these strict guidelines.
