Araguaney is a duplex flat located on the 2nd floor, it is spacious and modern with a private terrace perfect to disconnect and enjoy, within a community in the centre of Roda. At street level there is a bar and a small supermarket. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with free access to the communal swimming pool and a parking space in the communal car park (option of a second parking space at extra cost). It is 500m from the Roda Golf Club, 2 km from Los Alcázares and its beaches. The space This flat is managed by a professional company, meets minimum quality standards and is 100% legal. On entering the flat on the left you will find the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar that leads to a spacious dining-living room with an extendable sofa, TV, video and sound system for cinema or music lovers. On the right side there is a bedroom with a single bed convertible into a double bed and a work area, in the middle is the renovated toilet with shower and on the other side the master bedroom with double bed. From the living room you go out onto the balcony with table and chairs for breakfast and outdoor meals, having on the right the stairs to go up to the private roof terrace which has a relax area with a beautiful view of Roda, a solar shower, sun loungers for sunbathing and another area for meals, games or meetings that guarantee beautiful summer evenings. All rooms are air-conditioned with the central air-conditioning system for a comfortable temperature all year round. The flat is located in Roda, a quiet place with a Restaurant at street level highly recommended for its cheap tapas, paellas and typical Spanish food. There are also several public playgrounds and a public football pitch. On the other side of the street, there is a small supermarket for the most important and basic things you may need. About 500 metres away is Roda Golf with 18 greens and 3km away is the nearest beach. Alicante airport is about 80 km away, Murcia airport is about 35 km away, Murcia city is about 45 km away and the historic Roman city of Cartagena is 20 km away, all very well connected by motorways. You can visit the best beaches of La Manga, Mil Palmeras, Campoamor, Calblanque or Cabo de Palos by car in less than 30 minutes. In the Mar Menor there are various possibilities for water sports, such as sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving, etc. Including schools that provide instruction in these sports.
