Charming Private Bedroom #4 (Basement)

Our Airbnb house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have a private bedroom(#4) in the basement, and the rest of accommodation areas will be shared including a washroom with other guests. One guest per room is allowed. Most of furnitures are brand new since we started airbnb on 2022, And we will keep clean the house and always try to the best to make better staying and comfortable for you. 65 inch 4K LG smart tv with Netflix is ready for you. Street parking available. The space The room is in the basement, you can see the room number on the bedroom door. One guest per room is allowed. We provide the room key and towels on the desk when you check in, so you can lock the room when you leave and keep your belongings safe. Please leave the room key and towels on the desk when you check out as well. Front door has a door keypad, you will have detailed information including the door keypad password will be sent via airbnb or "Trips" menu on airbnb before you check in :) Guest access You can access all accommodation areas in the house, the kitchen/dining room/living room are on the main floor, also we have total 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have a private bedroom and the rest of the accommodation area will be shared with other guests including washroom, which means you may share the washroom with female/male guests depending on the reservation schedule. The first floor washroom has a bathtub, and the basement washroom has a shower booth, also we have a 65 inch LG 4K TV with Netflix in the living room. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note The house is situated in a residential area on the south side of Moose Jaw, which is not within walking distance to Saskpolytech or downtown. You will need transportation to reach downtown. For parking, you can park in front of the house on the parking pad, or utilize street parking in front of the house or nearby.
