The property offers privacy & a serene setting, spectacular mntn views, wood burning f/place, Weber grill, 75" TV. Kid friendly + lots of toys. The space * Before booking: Please read House Rules below, under: "Other things to note" * Guests must sign a rental agreement with a pond / pool waiver. Seasonal pool (open May to end of Sept - check for exact dates) The hot tub is open year round. Accommodating up to 9 adults. -Bedroom 1: King Bed (top floor primary suite, private balcony, TV, & en suite bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub) -Bedroom 2: King Bed (main floor - no stairs), TV, access to shared bathroom with bathtub/shower combo -Bedroom 3: Queen Bed & Twin Bed (main floor - no stairs), access to shared bathroom with bathtub/shower combo) -Lower level additional private sleeping: Queen Murphy bed with desk (access to full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo on lower level) -Pack N Play crib AMENITIES: - Large 40x17 outdoor heated salt-water pool overlooking spring fed pond. There is also a fenced in pool area with an exterior gate and a door which opens into this area from the house. *No children (under 18) are permitted outdoors, including the fenced pool area or the pool, without supervision of someone over the age of 25* - Guests must docusign our rental agreement with a pool and pond waiver. - Pool is seasonal - open May-end of September - please check for exact dates as they vary each year. - Pond and areas surrounding pond are off limits, No entering in or on the pond, including swimming, boating, iceskating. - Guests must not wander beyond the grassed property line. - Food / garbage should not be left outside, as it will attract bears. - Winter months (Nov 15 - March 31) the back yard is not permitted to use, please enjoy the large, private front yard or the back patio. - Do Not Enter The Fenced Garden Area - Please no shoes indoors. - No parking or entering the garage. - Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. - Pets are not allowed to enter the pool. - No Parties or events. Feel free to have company over, but please no loud music and observe quiet our hours which start at 10pm. - No glass by the pool. - No open bonfires - No drinks on the pool table (damage will incur fees). - Please adhere to safety rules provided and locate the Emergency Exit Plan which is located in between the main floor and the bottom floor along the wall. - 10 overnight guests are permitted, although only beds available for 9 people, including a Murphy bed - We have a security camera which points out towards the driveway for safety of our guests and property.
