L'auberge du lavoir, stone house with garden

Welcome to the Auberge du Lavoir! Thanks to its spacious spaces and its various bedrooms, the house will be ideal for a pleasant stay in Normandy for families or with friends. The accommodation also has a large garden that will allow you to spend beautiful days in the sun! This home is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service that listens to its travelers. The space Located by the road, in the heart of a village with bakery, butcher, restaurant etc, you will enter this house through the garden with terrace and garden furniture. On the ground floor: -A lobby with coat rack, pellet stove (we do not provide pellets) and armchair -A fully equipped kitchen with back kitchen and dining table -A laundry room with toilet and washer-dryer - A living / dining area Kitchen facilities: -Two fridges / deep freezer - Steam oven (the traditional oven present does not work) -Baking plates -Microwave - Nespresso coffee machine and plunger machine -Boiler -Grille toaster -Dishwasher - Dishes On the first floor: -A Bedroom with 2 Single Bunk beds and 1 single - A children's room with 1 child's bed and 1 cot (barbed bed), we do not provide sheets and blankets. Accessed through the first bedroom. -A "relaxation" area with a sofa and a TV (be careful it is not functional at the moment) -A master suite with 1 bed in 160cm, dressing room and bathroom (bathtub+basin+toilet). Access to this room through the relaxation area. On the second floor (access via the relaxation area): - A room with a double bed in 160cm -A bedroom with 140 cm double bed (sofa bed) -Toilets -Shower room (sink + shower) You will also have access to the largest garden through the small door at the back of the courtyard, the garden contains a swing and games for the children. Included: linens (towels, linens, dish towels, bath mats), welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid and a garbage bag will be waiting for you in the accommodation. For the rest of the stay we let you buy what you need. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, as well as a set of keys. Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is until 10am maximum. Other things to note Possibility to park up to two cars in the courtyard. Pets allowed if they are safe and clean.
