For information, the use of the kitchen is not agreed in the price of the room, nor in the "bed and breakfast" label; however, on request and only to help you out when needed, it is possible to give you access... Upon request: Possible loan of DVDs, CDs, books, board games, outdoor games, fridge, washing machine and dryer (for a fee)... Situation: Ideal setting for lovers of the outdoors in the countryside: hiking, mountain biking, climbing, canoeing, fishing, horseback riding, tree climbing… Thanks to the proximity of the typical villages of the Alpes Mancelles of Saint-Léonard-des-Bois (10 min) and Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei (15 min)… For those who prefer city outings: Fresnay-sur-Sarthe (10 min), Alençon (25 min) or Le Mans (45 min)… Supermarket, gas station and bakery 5 minutes away (in the village). Free access to park in the yard (or garage on request). The bedroom, shower room and toilet are private, but you have to go through the common areas to access them (garden-terrace-kitchen).
