You MUST have insurance in order to obtain a refund for any reason within the no refund period.  We do require our own completed liability wavier /contract before sending the check in email. We will be collecting an email address and IDs from the guest in order to sign the rental agreement. This information is necessary to verify identities and minimum age requirement and protects both guests and Hosts, ensuring a safe and secure rental experience.
