The space IF CHOOSING STATIONARY RENTAL: Our primary home is located on the property. We do not need to be available upon check in or check out, unless you need me. Our contact information will be given to you privately. For any questions and concerns you can call/text 24 hours a day during your stay. It has all the modern luxuries, including FULL 60x80 Queen bed, Bluetooth sound bar with interior and exterior speakers, usb wall receptacles, leather sectional couch, all electric stabilizing jacks, electric tongue and electric awning with LED lights, outdoor television, exterior water sprayer, and an extra large bathroom!! Guest access Stationary Rental: will have an outdoor mat, table and grill for your use, and camping chairs. Playground, trampoline, sandbox and fire pit. Delivery and Setup Rental: will include Keurig with fully stocked coffee bar, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, RV toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TV, outdoor grill with propane tanks and 6-foot table, outdoor mat, lights around awning, cleaning products, etc. INCLUDE LINENS/TOWELS UP TO 4 People. Additional linens/towels available for a fee. Pick up Rental: will include Keurig, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, RV toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, TV, cleaning products, etc. Linens/towels available for an additional fee. Other things to note NO PETS OF ANY KIND are allowed without approval first. PLEASE ASK no matter if it's a bird, snake, rodent, cat, dog, etc. NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE or under the awning or on the outdoor mat - Please place Butts in outdoor trash cans. DO NOT FLUSH anything but waste and RV Supplied toilet paper down toilet. You will be required to sign our rental agreement prior to departure.
