The Guesthouse has a Bedroom with a King Size Bed, Bathroom with Shower, Living Room / Dining Room, and Full Outdoor Patio with Dining Area. Close to Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Studio City, Glendale, and Pasadena. The space The guesthouse is located on the second floor above a garage with a private entrance. The Living / Dining Area has a 4 person dining table that is also used as a work station. The living space has 2 comfy chairs and a couch with a 55" Samsung Smart TV. There is no kitchen, however there is a toaster, coffee maker and mini refrigerator.  The bedroom has a king size bed with individual side tables, a closet, and a Sony TV with a Fire Stick. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and standard toilet.  There is a large patio table outside the guesthouse for dining or relaxing. The property is in a quiet residential area, with great neighbors and has an “off the beaten path” feel in Los Angeles.  The property has a stunning hill view with mountains in the distance. The entire space is approximately 600 Square Feet and located on the 2nd story on top of the large garage, so you will need to walk up steps to get to the guesthouse. Guest access Guests will be able to access the Guesthouse and Back Yard. Other things to note You have to walk up and down steps to the guesthouse as pictured.
