It's located only five walking minutes away from the calm and majestic Mermejita beach and 15 minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants. NOTE FOR REMOTE WORKING TRAVELERS: We know that in these times, many travelers are looking for a place to continue their work remotely. In Mazunte is common to have signal problems and is often saturated and/or completely lost (sometimes for the entire day), so we think it’s important to say that although the signal at the Estudio usually works without a problem and that we will always do our best to make it work, it’s something that doesn’t depend on us so we can’t guarantee that the signal will be good during your stay. If that can be a serious problem, although we would always love to welcome you, our recommendation would be that you look for another lodging option. @la_extraviada_estudiosycasitas Guest access The studio has a King size bed, a table with a couple of chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a hot water shower and a private terrace with a hammock. It has a ceiling and a floor fan, and mesh screens in every door and window with wood shutters. It also has a parking space and an independent entrance. A few steps away, surrounded by trees and with a lovely sea view, the studio has a private freshwater plunge pool.
