Renovated Breton house for 8 people, 10 minutes from the sea

Our house is an old stone farmhouse renovated with charm and modernity that will be an ideal pied-à-terre for your quiet family vacation. Located in Plourhan and can accommodate up to ten guests. 10-min drive to the beaches of Saint Quay Portrieux and Étables-sur-Mer. It's truly a cross between land and sea. The space The 150 m² accommodation extends over 2 levels as follows: Ground floor comprising: - a 35 m² cathedral-style living room with sofas, armchair and bench and a dining table that can accommodate 10 guests. - a functional and equipped kitchen, toaster, microwave, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker... - a laundry/back kitchen for storage, household products with a washing machine, ironing board and iron - a family bathroom with double sink and shower - separate toilets - a children's playroom/lounge with an overhead projector, which can also be used as an extra bedroom with 1 2-seater sofa bed (140 x 190) and 1 small child's bed. Mezzanine closed by a glass wall (blackout curtains) not connected to the 1st floor on the other side of the house comprising: - a master double bedroom with separate toilet and sink/shower area One floor comprising: - 1 double bedroom: with double bed (160×190) and storage - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190) and storage - 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (90 x 190) and storage Outside: - A large terrace with southwest facing bench with garden furniture (table + chairs + deckchairs) for sunny afternoons and evenings. - A BBQ grill - A swing + sandbox and small wooden house for children Private parking in the courtyard with space for parking up to 3 vehicles The prize includes: Wifi Sheets, towels and kitchen towels for a minimum 7-night stay. For reservations of less than 7 nights, you can bring your linens, or we can connect you with a local concierge for sheet and towel rentals. Retroprojector for movie nights or cartoon breaks for kids. Baby kit available: high chair, baby bouncer, bathtub, folding crib with mattress and baby sheets, changing mat, potty. Many children's games on site We're waiting for you! Other things to note Before you leave, please leave the house clean and tidy and clean the appliances after use. If you don't want to do the cleaning, we can offer a cleaning package at €150 to be booked no later than 4 days before the end of your stay. Electricity charges are included. For fall and winter reservations, if you want to use the wood-burning stove, we can provide you with a crate of wood for €20.
