Martha’s Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to modify room and whole-house pricing and/or a two night minimum booking within two weeks of the announcement by the University of Nebraska, Lincoln Athletic Department of the date of a University of Nebraska, Lincoln home football game. Any guests who booked prior to a price adjustment due to the announcement of a University of Nebraska, Lincoln football game shall have the right to cancel with a full refund regardless of the booking’s cancelation terms.
