Public transport a few meters to get to the capital, shops and nearby leisure area. Possible noise from Monday to Friday due to school and nearby works. The space A cozy little house in a very family-friendly area, located within a spacious estate. You can park the car inside, and travel to see the capital by Renfe (8 minutes walk) or spend the day in the house with ping-pong table, barbecue, chat in the garden, etc. You will have smart TV, both in the main room and in the living room, a large kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a small office for teleworking or to convert into a room with a double bed. The house has a security camera to monitor only the entrance to the property and the parking area, respecting privacy in the garden and home at all times. Guest access The main house and garden will be at your complete disposal, where you will find the barbecue, ping-pong table and pergola to eat or hang out. In turn, in the common entrance for guests and for my family, you can park several cars. We have a high chair and crib for children (request it in advance to have them ready).
