IMPORTANT: No parking on premises, you can park on the street, subject to space availability. The building does not have an elevator. Apartment is located on the third floor. The building counts with private security. The space Open concept space (Living, dinning and kitchen). Spacious main bedroom with private bathroom. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. No air conditioning on living areas (ceiling fan and portable stand fan available). Note: the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy the entire apartment. Other things to note All guest are subject to one-time bracelet fee that must be paid in cash or by electronic bank transference at the building front desk. The cost for the bracelet is COP$8.000 (US$2 approx.). Per the Building Administration Policy and local regulations, all guests' names must be submitted before arrival and all adult guests must present a valid ID and sign the guests book at the front desk upon arrival. The number of names provided must coincide with the number of guests in the reservation. If the number of guest changes after the reservation has been made and confirmed, the number of guests must be adjusted in the reservation and the total price for the stay will be adjusted accordingly.
