Welcome to this old atypical building completely renovated to accommodate you with family or friends! Centered on its large living room, this modern and warm space will be perfect for your moments of sharing and relaxation. For even more conviviality: covered jacuzzi, large terrace with table, foosball, ping-pong table. 15 min drive from Rouen, 30 min from Dieppe, 1 hr from Étretat, ideally located for visiting Normandy! Free parking nearby. The space Living room It is equipped with a living area with TV & Wifi and a dining area. For your hobbies, you can also enjoy a ping pong table and a real table football. A few books and board games are available. Bedrooms The accommodation has 3 bedrooms including 2 master suites with queen size beds (160x200), shower and toilet. The third bedroom is in a mezzanine accessible by stairs and is also equipped with a double bed (140x190). Linens and towels are provided. Kitchen It is fully equipped: ceramic hobs with range hood, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine. There is also a washing machine available. Utensils are available for preparing your meals. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation (building, terrace). The land is shared with our primary residence. We make it a point to respect your privacy during the stay. Other things to note The jacuzzi is entirely for your use for the duration of your stay! Access is allowed during the day and in the evening until 9:30 pm, until the day before your departure. Towels for the hot tub not provided. The accommodation is located next to the church: guaranteed charm in the center of our small town, to the rhythm of the bell tower! Several shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, newsstand, etc.), restaurants and a park are easily accessible on foot. A golf course is also 15 minutes away by car.
