Directly on the shores of Lake Desert with its crystal clear water, a Private SANDY BEACH awaits you and a large dock where you can even bring your motorized boat or seadoo(conditions apply). We include with your stay: 3 adult kayaks, 2 kids kayaks, 2 SUPs (stand up paddle board) and various size life jackets. Groceries and gas station are 5 min away in the heart of the village La Minerve. In the village you will also find a local bakery and pastry shop personally tested and approved :) . You can spend colder days in front of the indoor or outdoor fire place or in the 4 season SPA all overlooking the lake. In the summer enjoy the dock and private sandy beach. Guest access All access except for some locked private closets. Other things to note WE are VERY STRICT on the following: -Number of guests has to be respected at all times NO extra day guest are allowed unless we previously authorized it. (penalty$$$) -No parties of any kinds. -No OUTDOOR MUSIC at all times or screaming/loud noises ! (Municipal rules and regulations) -No fireworks (city permit needed) -Quiet hours outside 10pm-7 am -No smoking inside 500$ penalty. -Ruining spa water and requiring water to be changed 250$ penalty -Pets allowed by request only !
