With a very spacious open plan living area which opens to the east facing rear deck overlooking the gardens. Just 200m away from the major food outlets and just a 7 minute drive to the major wineries, including Hope estate and Bibadgen. Looking for something to do? The local pool is 300m away and the zoo is just a short 5 minute drive away. The space This home features to bedrooms both with Queen beds and brand new mattresses and bedding. A third Queen bed is available upon request at no extra cost. It's situated in the living area. Please do not use spare beds if this isn’t pre arranged. The home features a HUGE open plan living area, offset dinning room and dining area on the back verandah. Seperate toilet, bathroom plus seperate laundry with a washing machine and dryer. An office space is also featured in the front of the home, this space can be converted to a fold up single bed upon request at no extra cost. The front entrance is greeted by a wrap around verandah which features as another place to escape and take in the birdlife and gardens. ECO CLEANING We have gone 100% eco friendly with our cleaning. In conjunction with Koala Eco*, the home is now cleaned with 100 biodegradable plant based cleaners. So no more nasty chemicals and bleaches. You’ll find Koala Eco products throughout the home to enjoy during your stay. The fragrances are amazing. Please note we still have dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets in house for your own use plus eco options. ORGANIC GARDENS & YARDS Our gardens and raised vegetable gardens are constantly growing lush and fresh ORGANIC vegetables and fruit. We don’t spray any chemicals in the yards so be assured that all the vegetables are organic and for you and your guests to enjoy. So please feel free to pick as required.
