No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night. 4) Must be 18 or older to book the property. 5) No smoking 6) Pet friendly (dogs only and 2 dog maximum) 7)Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted. Guest access Guests will have access to the home via keypad code provided the day of check in Other things to note -Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property -There are several cameras around the exterior to include the front yard, door bell, back yard and pool area Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.
