Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are just 2 minutes from bayhealth hospital Milford campus, 10 minutes from DE turf & 20-30 minutes from all beaches. Early check in available upon request for 12:00pm, fee $100. During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY Pets crated when unattended! The space The space is perfect for a weekend trip for 4 or short term rental for 1-2 people! Brand new kitchenette & bathroom! Apartment is above attached house garage and an open concept with 2 full beds, sofa, and dedicated work space. Kitchenette includes coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, silverware, cutlery, needed kitchen items and countertop oven/toaster. Full bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Towels and linens are provided along with toilet paper, paper towels, and we’ve included snacks and water for our guests. There is a dedicated workspace and internet service. We have 5 pups that live with us. We welcome your pets but please be understanding there may be some noise with our pups and family. The apartment is private from the main home with your own entrance. The deck overlooks our backyard and pool. We welcome your fur babies! We do not charge a pet fee and would appreciate your help keeping it that way. It is expected if your pets are unattended, they will be crated. While we all have good pets, this is not their home and being away from home for them is always a little stressful. The unit is inspected at the end of every stay and should there be damage, you will be expected to cover the cost of the damage. Please reach out should you need any help with this! We appreciate you helping us keep no pet fees by following the rules! We allow our guests access to our pool with completion of a pool waiver. Pool is available Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please read description to ensure it will meet your needs! I am very responsive to guests questions and needs and appreciate helpful feedback. We do request guests booking be over the age of 25. We will not tolerate guests looking to party or guests that assume they will have private use of our swimming pool. The swimming pool will be a shared space. If this does not meet your needs, it would be best to consider another rental. We appreciate your interest and welcome guests that feel our space will meet their needs! Lastly, while I do my best to be accommodating to our guests and I understand sometimes things happen check out is strictly 10:00am any guests after 10:00am are subject to a late check out fee of $175. Please be respectful and make sure you are checked out by 10:00am. We have to clean the unit for our next guests and the time ensures we can sanitize appropriately! We are 0.5 miles from bayhealth Sussex campus, 10 miles to the turf, 15 miles to lewes beach, 25 miles to rehoboth, 20 miles to Dover and welcome traveling professionals for longer term stays. Please message us if you would like to inquire about longer term stays. Guest access Guest will have access to parking, private apartment & pool in the summer season. The pool is a shared space. My husband and I live on the premises and want our guests to have a good experience, including use of our pool. Please note, my husband and I are school teachers and enjoy the use of our pool through the summer months with our friends and family. We welcome you to come enjoy our backyard oasis. Other things to note We do have 4 dogs that live in the main house they are very friendly towards people and pets but will keep them separated! We welcome your pets. Pets must be leashed at all times on our property. Please pick up after your pet. We do not charge a pet fee and our goal is to keep it that way. Our guests have been very respectful when bringing their pets. Please help us keep it that way by keeping your pet leashed and picking up after your pet. Early check in 12:00pm. Fee $100. Must request early check in. It is not included in total price. Cancellation policy: To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
