This is a Sunny quiet room with a view for a single person with a queen sized bed , in a Central Toronto location. It is air conditioned. It is directly on 24 hour public streetcar transit lines. You won't have access to the main kitchen, however there is a small fridge/freezer is in the room, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, a toaster, a small blender if wanted. A desk/chair is there too. There are many cafes, a bakery, groceries, and everything you would need steps away. The space The bedroom and the building is very quiet. There is a great sunset view from the west window..The room has a desk presently, a comfy antigue chair, a dresser and good sized closet. There is part of a tv in the photo, however it is not there now as the picture tube is broken. The arrangement of furniture is different as there is a little kitchen area now. It is very easy to travel around the city, by foot or 24 hour transit steps away, as this place is conveniently central. Just outside the door multiple cafes, restaurants, a bakery, live music, dancing, and groceries. Also Dufferin mall is a 5 minute walk away. Guest access Common entrance, the room, the bathroom, this room doesn't normally have access to the kitchen unless I am on a trip. A minikitchen is in the room. This set up has proven to give a lot of privacy for guest. I am a female, who is the baby in the photo, and Iamthe other person in the apartment, if I am there. There would never be a different person there. Laundry is in the building. During your stay The space is quite independent, but I am around to ask questions whenever you need to. if i am not around, by email and cell phone I can be contacted. Other things to note The area has many small cafes, restaurants, pubs, a couple large grocery stores, and a big Dufferin Mall in central Toronto. There is everything you would want steps away.
