Second level: Room with pool table, full bathroom, master bedroom with a huge terrace and ocean view, outdoor living room and bar table, second bedroom with 1 king size bed, laundry room (washer and dryer), third bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a single. (All bedrooms have a closet, full bathroom, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, air conditioning, fan and blinds). Third level: 1 Bedroom with full bathroom and a bunk bed (double and single bed) this can be used for visitors or service personnel such as nanny, driver, chef, among others; Second bedroom very spacious with a king size bed and a queen size bed, full bathroom and a dining room for 8 people, it has a balcony with panoramic views. (Both bedrooms have a place to store clothes and personal items, a full bathroom, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, air conditioning, a fan and blinds). The service staff is responsible for the daily cleaning of the rooms. If you need a cook or chef, the service is contracted separately and with prior authorization from the host. Guest access Once the reservation is confirmed, we send the guest the check-in guide which includes: -Host phone and backup contact. -Address. - Exact location. All for the purpose of being in contact with the guest to answer questions and coordinate the details of their arrival. Once guests arrive at the place, the Service staff will greet them and take care of showing them the house, accommodating them in their respective rooms and helping them with their luggage. Guests have access to all the areas described and contracted by them (mentioned rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchen, utensils, TV room, laundry, terraces, garden, pool, palapas and beach). Other things to note Service staff hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you require any special treatment or extra hours of service, please coordinate it with us. If you need a chef or cook, we can provide you with a guide with menus and service fees per day. (This service is separate and is only contracted prior to guests' arrival).
