My place is close to restaurants and dining and public transport. near MTR 2/F walk up building without lift There are 6 rooms sharing apartment with living room, kitchen and 2 Toilets - Double bed + Wardrobe + Desk with chair - Fully furnished - Air-conditioning - Washing machine - Refrigerator, Microwave, Cups & plates, WIFI internet, etc. The electricity is not included Other things to note Please note, when you move in, you will need to pay for Hong Kong stamp duty tax which is less than HK$60 and key deposit Refundable HK$500, a flatshare agreement will be signed too. 100 fee for cleaning Electricity is extra, will be shared among pro-rate by all flatmates.
