You need a short stay. We offer you a small room, equipped with a mini kitchen, bed, wardrobe, table. The room is accessible by stairs, located in the semi-basement. It has its own heat recovery and floor heating. The bathroom is shared. The staircase and hallways are shared. The location is 3 km from the center of Ljubljana. The bus stop is 100 meters away, number 18, or a 45-minute walk to the city center. We offer bicycle rental. The space The kitchen has a table with chairs and a bench. There is a kitchen sink, stove with two plates. The fridge is medium sized, there are also plates, cutlery, tea cups and glasses on the shelves in the kitchen. We also offer shower gels, shampoos. The outflow in the shower should be cleaned after use, to prevent clogging. For one person there is a smaller room with a kitchen. Bed is small size, 190 x 70 cm. This place around the bed is 175 cm hige. For another two guests, ther is another room available. Guest access Apartment is part of the family house, with separate entrances. Other things to note Please note that in Slovenia all Airbnb guests are obligated to pay tourist tax prescribed by the Republic of Slovenia. Tourist tax is paid separately. In accordance with the city order of Ljubljana, it costs € 3,13 per person. Here are some useful information and some rules to make your stay even nice 1.Wifi: TP-LINK Wifi password: 73960393 2.In Slovenia, we doing recycling, so pleas separate your trash. The garbage containers are outside on the left side of the house. Yellow container is for packaging (tetra Pak, tins, cans, plastic boxes, bags, foil (etc). Brown container is for organic stuff (do not throw the plastic bag with your organic waste in there). Black container is for everything else. 3.Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. 4.In accordance with Slovenian law, every guest needs to do legal registration. For this reason, we will need your personal information: given name, surname, date of birth and your passport/ID number. This information is used solely for registration and to calculate the tax we need to pay. Failing to do registration can result in a fine, both for the owner of the apartment and for the guest. In case you are staying here for more than 30days and have a contract (for work or studying),/we ask you to provide us a copy of it, and we will arrange your registration for you. 5.Overnight visitors are not allowed without prior permission from the owner. There is a small fee for every additional guest in the apartment. In addition, legal registration of the guests has to be carried out. 6.Nearest shops: Spar on Slovenčeva ulica 24, Ljubljana or Lidl on Bežigrad 11, Ljubljana 7.Nearest catholic church (also of architectural importance for Slovenia). Frančiška, črnetova ulica 20, Ljubljana 8.Nearest health centre: Zdravstveni dom Šiška, Derčeva ulica 5, Ljubljana 9.Bus stop Mostovna is on the parallel street, Verovškova, bus nr 18, direction Kolodvor will take you straight to the city centre. However, it does not operate on Sundays. 10.If you want to use our bikes, there are free of charge for 5 days. Ask us for the key of the lock. In addition, make sure the bikes are always locked and don't get stolen while in your use. A deposit for using the bike is 50€. When returning the bike, the lock and the key, we return the deposit. Altogether 3 bikes are available. Bicycles need to be booked in advance. 11.Central heating system is on from November to April. 12.Please, use the apartment responsibly and economically. 13.Emergency numbers: 112 (fire and ambulance), 113 (police) 14.
