Killarney Lakefront Cabin

Come visit beautiful Killarney with its breathtaking scenery and endless outdoor activities. In the winter, enjoy cross-country skiing, snow showing, hiking, ice-fishing or snowmobiling. The iconic Killarney Provincial Park, showcasing the wild Georgian Bay Coast of pink granite, the La Cloche Mountains' white quartzite ridges and over 50 clear, sapphire lakes set among the pines, is only 10 minutes away. The Park offers numerous year round hiking trails, including "the Crack", a hiker's must. The space Our peaceful and family friendly winterized cabin has two bedrooms, bathroom/shower, a cozy sitting area and a new kitchenette with island. The kitchenette has no stove, but there is a bbq, a microwave, a 2 element heating appliance, a griddle, coffee pot, toaster, fridge and water cooler. The kitchenette is also fully stocked with dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and cutting boards. The cabin is located on a private waterfront property on Killarney Bay of Northern Georgian Bay, and is a five minute drive from the historic town of Killarney, founded in 1820 as a fur trading post. Killarney is a pretty town, with a general store, and home of the "World's Best Fish and Chips". The Sportsman's Inn is open year round for dinner or drinks, and during the summer months, the Killarney Mountain Lodge provides several excellent dining options. Other things to note Currently, there is no wifi, however, Killarney is best enjoyed outdoors with evenings spent enjoying time with friends and family. A selection of board games are available.
